LEADS is a graduate student organization at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis (ELPA).
OUR
GOALS
LEADS has two main goals:
1. Build graduate student capacity in skills and abilities related to education and future careers.
2. Increase social cohesion and community within the ELPA graduate department.
Within these two goals, we embed equity, diversity, and inclusion.
LEADS is directed by graduate students. Our activities and events are chosen, designed, and executed by our graduate students. All students are welcome to pitch ideas and help bring activities to fruition. LEADS serves an important and needed function in fostering community and building skills within ELPA. Please reach out to us for questions or suggestions.
